Luxe Vault Group Hand-Built Property Websites

Approach

Hand-built, launched fast, shaped with you.

Three things define how we work: everything is written from scratch, your first version goes live within a day, and nothing gets decided without you looking at it.

Written from scratch

No page builders. No purchased themes. No template tax.

A great many property websites are the same handful of themes wearing different photographs. They are quick to stand up, and they carry a cost that shows later: layouts that will not do what you ask, speed problems that cannot be fixed, plugin licences renewing forever, and a look a competitor can buy for forty dollars.

We write every site by hand instead. That takes more skill at the start and pays for itself immediately — the layout bends to your property, the site loads quickly because there is nothing extra in it, and what we build belongs to you outright.

Written for you Every layout built for the properties and the practice it is presenting
Fast by design No unnecessary code, so pages load quickly even with large photography
Yours outright No theme licence, no builder subscription, nothing to renew to keep your site working
Free to change Anything can be adjusted, because nothing is locked inside someone else's template

Rapid first launch

Your first version, live the same day.

This is not a gimmick and it is not a finished website. It is the belief that you should be looking at something real within hours rather than waiting weeks to find out whether we understood you.

Send your details, your text and your images in the morning; a working site with your branding, your properties and a live enquiry form can be up that day. From there we improve it together, in the open, with you commenting on something you can actually see.

What we need from you Day one
01 Your logo and any brand colours you use
02 Photographs of the properties or the practice
03 Contact details and enquiry address
04 Whatever text you already have, however rough
05 Your domain name, or permission for us to register one

The one-day launch depends entirely on that material arriving. It is the only part of the timeline we cannot do for you.

How a project runs

Eight stages, and you are present for all of them.

The second stage is the one that sets the pace. Everything after it is on us.

01 Conversation

A call or exchange of messages about your business, your properties and what the site has to achieve.

02 Your material

You send text, images, logo and contact details. This is the step that sets the pace — everything after it is on us.

03 First launch

A working version goes live, often the same day. Real, visible, and open to your comments immediately.

04 Your reactions

You look at it properly and tell us what is wrong. Blunt is welcome and saves us both time.

05 Refinement

Short cycles of changes with you watching, rather than a long silence and a reveal.

06 Content build

Additional pages, properties, locations and guidance added as the material comes together.

07 Full launch

Domain, security, enquiry delivery and search listing all confirmed working.

08 Ongoing care

New listings, updates and improvements as the business changes.

Transparency

We build with AI assistance, and we say so.

Our development is accelerated by advanced AI tooling — Claude, principally — for writing and reviewing code, researching technical documentation, drafting copy and solving problems quickly. That is precisely how a small new practice can hand-build an entire site in a day and charge what we charge. What AI does not do is decide anything: the judgement about what your business needs, the testing, and the responsibility for the result are ours. We would rather tell you this plainly than have you wonder.

Focus

Where our focus is, and where it is not

Our work is built around luxury and prime property, where a sale is usually made by presentation, discretion and a private conversation rather than by public listing search. That focus shapes what we build. Listing-feed search is therefore not part of a standard project — if a client already has a provider in place and needs it carried across, we take that on in collaboration with them, and we say plainly where our experience begins and ends. We are also web developers, not lawyers: accessibility, fair housing, advertising rules and privacy compliance need review by your own brokerage or legal adviser.

Next step

Have your material ready? We can start today.

Send us your logo, photographs and whatever text exists. If it arrives in the morning, you could be looking at a working site by the evening.
